Unity Village Hotel and Conference Center

The new Unity Village Hotel and Conference Center is one of the nation’s first “green” hotels and offers spacious guest rooms and relaxing public spaces. What is LEED?

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a green building rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED encourages design and construction practices that significantly reduce or eliminate the negative impact of buildings on the environment and occupants. LEED certification is achieved through a rating system that evaluates sustainable site planning, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, and indoor environmental quality.
