• Designs Internet/Intranet sites that accurately reflect Unity’s goals, objectives and identity.

• Must have at least four or more years experience in Web-based graphic design.
• B.A. or B.S. in graphic design, journalism, marketing or equivalent academic and work experience.
• Requires good design and Web interface layout skills with the overall knowledge of Internet development for site maintenance.
• Excellent skills in Flash, online video/audio and digital graphics.
• Must have professional skills in DreamWeaver, Illustrator/Fireworks, Flash and Photoshop.
• Audio and video editing skills a plus.
• Must be proficient on both PC and Macintosh platforms, as well as cross-browser compatibility and integration.
• Familiar working in a CMS environment.
• Must be well organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Have extreme attention to detail and eye for consistency.
• Must have the ability to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Candidate must be flexible and have the ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Must be a team player, self-motivated and goal-oriented.

4. Create forms and other pages that involve CSS, Java and other HTML coding.
5. Develop from concept to implementation custom Web pages and graphics, or any other Web-related graphics and content.
6. Collaborate with Web Strategy Manager on strategy and approach for all projects.
7. Assist with wireframes, overall navigation flow and template layout/functionality.
8. Ensure content format and consistency standards are maintained.
9. Liaison between Web Team and Information Technology team to ensure code and design fits within industry best practice.
10. Manage, organize and prioritize multiple jobs by ensuring all assigned projects are produced on time, accurate and to client specifications.
11. Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work at a computer for most of a nine-hour workday.

• Must be able to accurately interpret both Web and printed colors.
